Our Ethos

Guiding Principles That Define Us
At Menoclinic, we’re passionately committed to transforming menopause care.
We provide individualised, easily accessible, and reasonably priced online consultations to assist women in navigating the menopausal transition. Acknowledging that every woman’s experience is unique.
The population of the UK is diverse, with 13.8% of people belonging to ethnic minorities as of 2018. However, discussions around menopause, particularly within these communities, remain minimal. Our philosophy is based on closing this gap.
We understand that menopausal physical changes are normal, and many women experience unfair stigma, exclusion, and discrimination – sometimes to such extent that the term ‘menopause’ has been used disapprovingly to undermine women’s identities. Menopausal women experience anguish, anxiety and health disparities as a result of this social mindset.
Well, we’ve had enough. Menoclinic stands against the societal tendency to stigmatise and discriminate against menopausal women, offering a safe and inclusive space where their experiences are acknowledged and addressed with empathy.
The stigma associated with menopause needs to be addressed and destroyed in the modern period when women’s rights and status are being acknowledged more and more. Menoclinic is here not just to provide medical care, but to break down the barriers of silence and taboo around menopause, especially in BAME communities.
Our goal is to empower women, ensuring they are informed, supported, and free from the constraints of outdated societal views.
